Customers may return unused and unopened Zephyr products within 30 days from the original date of purchase with no product restocking charges. All opened products are subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the MSRP (Normal Retail Price) at the time of purchase (not the discounted price if purchased on sale). No returns will be accepted on products received by Zephyr after 30 days . Returned merchandise is subject to testing and inspection upon receipt to Zephyr. Please allow up to 7 days after Zephyr's receipt of the product for your account to be credited.

In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to return or exchange products, products must be returned in their original packaging exactly as they were received. The product must be returned in person or shipped back in the original packaging and insured with tracking. If original packaging is required, Zephyr will provide a shipping box at a nominal fee. If the Product is returned damaged for any reason, the sender accepts all liability for damage claims and may be charged by Zephyr for repairs or replacement of the product. Zephyr also reserves the right to fully refuse returns of products which are damaged or received by Zephyr in an inoperable condition regardless of the reason. All products exchanged or returned must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase receipt.

The copy of the original purchase receipt MUST accompany the return, otherwise the shipment will be refused and immediately returned to the sender at their expense. The absence of a copy of the original purchase receipt will delay the exchange or return process.

All accessories, i.e. remote control with battery, owners manual, inside protective packaging and original box must be returned otherwise an additional $50 charge will apply.

Any additional replacement costs will be assessed and incurred by the customer upon the completion of testing and inspection. Zephyr does not refund shipping, handling, or insurance charges for returned or exchanged products. The customer understands and acknowledges and accepts all shipping charges and liabilities.
